Having worked with both institutional clients and first-time wealth managers, he provides to his clients in all aspects of fund management. He has vast experience in advising clients on a range of matters such as inbound and outbound investment structures and strategies, financial services, securities laws, and general corporate issues.
Sushreet has a proven track record of structuring fund vehicles across various investment strategies, including equity (including angel funds, VC/PE funds, long-only funds, long-short funds, etc.), debt (performance credit, venture debt, RBF, etc.), and hybrid strategies. His expertise extends to fund related negotiations (he has negotiated for fund managers against a wide range of limited partners / investors such as DFIs, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, etc. as well as negotiated for limited partners / investors against fund managers), and advising on day-to-day legal and regulatory matters.
