Aditya advises domestic and international clients on fund formation, registration, and regulatory compliance, with expertise in fundraising, LP negotiations, and ongoing legal support for AIFs, portfolio managers, and investment advisers.
Aditya is a member of the Funds, Asset Management, Regulatory & Financial Services Team.
He assists and advises Indian as well as overseas clients on setting up of investment funds (including private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds and debt funds), investment advisers, portfolio managers, in India and GIFT City IFSC. His key areas of expertise include documentation, registration and other associated activities over the life of the fund, including providing legal-regulatory advise on fund raising, assisting fund manager in negotiating LP documents with investors like DFIs, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, etc. He is also actively involved in advising fund managers on day-to-day legal and regulatory matters.
He holds a B.B.A. LL.B degree from Symbiosis Law School, Noida, graduating with first-class distinction, reflecting his strong academic performance.
