He has significant experience in advising financial institutions, non-banking financial companies, mutual funds, and early-stage ventures on a wide range of debt and hybrid investment structures. In addition to his core transactional work, he is involved in general corporate advisory, assisting clients across sectors on investment strategies, regulatory compliance, and governance matters.
He holds a law degree From Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla and brings a commercially driven and solution-oriented approach to his practice.
