Siddhant is a member of the Debt, Banking and Finance team and assists the team on structuring of transactions involving issuance of debt instruments, both in the listed and unlisted space and advises on diverse matters in the finance space including assignment of loan receivables and digital lending. Siddhant has advised clients in the venture-debt space in their investment in early-stage ventures in various sectors and assisted on the structuring and documentation in connection with the investment strategy involving equity participation. Siddhant also assists in general corporate matters where the team represents various early-stage ventures, non-banking financial companies and mutual fund houses. Siddhant possesses a keen interest in insolvency & bankruptcy domain and provides guidance to the clients on complex queries and transactions related to restructuring, debt recovery and insolvency proceedings.

Prior to joining the Firm, Siddhant had a brief stint in an asset reconstruction company as a Legal – Assistant Manager.
