Himali Dixit is a Senior Associate in Banking & Finance and Debt Capital Market practice of RegFin Legal with a blend of both in-house and law firm experience which gives the team a better understanding of client’s expectations and requirements.
Before joining RegFin Legal, Himali served as an in-house counsel with IndusInd Bank Limited, where she advised business, credit and risk teams on diverse lending transactions including structured finance, trade finance instruments and compliance frameworks. She also has experience working with law firms like Economics Law Practices (ELP) and Lex Aeterna Practices (LEAP), where she advised on complex financial transactions and regulatory compliance. Her experience helps the team achieve a totalitarian approach ensuring both commercial and legal closure for clients.
Himali has been involved in commercial real estate finance, project and infrastructure finance, trade finance, syndicated loans, consortium lending, aircraft finance, ship finance etc. and gets involved in transactions right from structuring till closures.
She graduated with a first-class degree in law from Jamnalal Bajaj School of Legal Studies.
