Before joining RegFin Legal, Jatin has experience working with law firms like Saraf & Partners and Lex Aeterna Practices (LEAP), where he advised banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, real estate developers, and corporate borrowers on complex financial transactions and regulatory compliance, including secured lending transactions such as term loans and working capital facilities.
His experience enables him to adopt a practical, solution-oriented and commercially viable approach to transactions, ensuring effective deal execution.
He holds a graduate degree in BLS LLB from Rizvi Law College, Mumbai.
