Naemish advises clients on fund formation, registration, and regulatory compliance, with expertise in fundraising, negotiations, and ongoing legal support for investment vehicles.
Naemish is a Senior Associate in the Funds, Asset Management and Regulatory practice at RegFin Legal, with significant experience advising domestic as well as international fund managers on Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) formation, documentation, and regulatory matters.
He advises Indian and overseas clients on setting up of alternative investment funds across a wide range of strategies (including private equity, venture capital, debt, real estate and angel funds) as well as investment advisers, portfolio managers, in India and GIFT City. His expertise spans fund structuring, documentation, registration, and related regulatory processes. He also assists fund managers in negotiating LP documentation with a diverse investor base, including institutional and offshore investors.
He is actively engaged with a wide range of stakeholders across the fund ecosystem and advises fund managers on ongoing legal, regulatory, and compliance matters, including day-to-day operational requirements.
He holds a LL.B degree from O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat.
