Siddhanth advises sponsors and managers on structuring and his role involves advising sponsors and managers on structuring and setting up a range of fund vehicles in India and GIFT-IFSC across various strategies, with a focus on drafting and negotiating fund documentation and supporting clients across the fund lifecycle.
Siddhanth regularly assists fund managers and General Partners (GPs) in capital raising processes and has been involved in negotiating fund documentation with a diverse set of investors, including institutional investors, family offices, insurance companies, and global funds. In addition, she advises clients on a wide range of legal, regulatory, and compliance matters, and supports fund managers and related entities on ongoing operational and day-to-day regulatory requirements.
He also holds a graduate degree in B.A. LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
