Aastha advises on project and structured finance, DCM, refinancing, and securitization. Her work spans deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiating documents across debt instruments, including debt-to-equity conversions.
Aastha Singh is a part of the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets (Debt) Team of the Firm. She has experience in project finance, structured finance, refinancing, debt capital markets, loan assignments, and securitization. Her role involves regulatory and transactional advisory, deal structuring, conducting legal due diligence, and drafting and negotiating transaction documents with respect to various financing, listed and unlisted debt instruments and conversion of debt to equity. Besides transactional work, she advises clients on investment strategies, compliances and corporate governance across sectors.
Prior to joining IC Legal, Aastha Singh worked as an Associate with Trilegal, a law firm of national repute for a period of 2 years.
She also holds a graduate degree in B.Com.LL.B. from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar.
