Anish is a Partner at IC RegFin Legal with over 11 years of experience advising wide array of clients across private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and sophisticated technology matters. He has represented investors, founders, and technology companies, providing strategic legal guidance across product lifecycle (as may be relevant for fintech, gaming, cryptocurrency, and AI based companies) and investment lifecycle—from early-stage financings and growth capital investments to complex cross-border transactions and successful exits.
Anish is frequently engaged by private equity funds, venture capital firms, and strategic acquirers for transaction structuring, due diligence, and the drafting and negotiation of key documentation, including shareholder agreements and investment instruments. His expertise encompasses governance matters, regulatory compliances, and risk mitigation, particularly in respect to multi-jurisdictional deals involving cross-border investments and exits.
