Anushka advises on corporate and commercial litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy, and arbitration. Her work spans complex dispute strategy, drafting and advocacy before tribunals and courts, and handling matters across CIRP, liquidation, and enforcement proceedings.
Anushka is a part of the Disputes practice, with a focus on corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, and insolvency law. She regularly advises and represents clients in complex matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial fora, including the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India.
Anushka has significant experience in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), where she has acted for resolution professionals, financial creditors, successful resolution applicants, and homebuyers. Her work includes advising on corporate insolvency resolution processes (CIRP), liquidation proceedings, and related litigation involving allegations of fraud, asset diversion, and challenges to resolution plans.
Prior to joining IC RegFin Legal, Anushka was an Associate at IC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors and at Trilegal, Mumbai, where she gained extensive exposure to high-stakes commercial litigation, arbitration, SIAC arbitration, and insolvency matters, including various proceedings before the Supreme Court of India, and the Securities Appellate Tribunal.
Anushka holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
Outside of her professional work, Anushka enjoys exploring cities on foot and spending time by the beach, which she finds both grounding and inspiring.
