Charitha advises on structured finance, DCM, and fintech transactions, with expertise in deal structuring, regulatory compliance, and documentation across debt instruments for banks, NBFCs, and other clients.
Charitha Karadagi brings extensive experience in structured finance, debt capital markets, refinancing, loan documentation and fintech. Her work spans regulatory and transactional advisory, deal structuring, enforcement actions, legal due diligence, as well as drafting and negotiating transaction documents across a range of financing structures—including listed and unlisted debt instruments, commercial papers and loans. In addition to transactional mandates, she advises clients, including but not limited to regulated entities such as banks and NBFCs on investment strategies, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance across diverse sectors.
Prior to joining IC RegFin Legal, Charitha Karadagi worked as an Associate with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, a law form of national repute for a period of 2 years.
She also holds a graduate degree in BA.LLB from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.
