Daksh Dave is a member of the Corporate Transaction and Advisory Team of the Firm. He specializes in venture capital, private equity fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions. His work involves transactional and regulatory advisory, deal structuring, conducting legal due diligence, and drafting and negotiating transaction documents for both promoter and investor mandates. Alongside his transactional practice, he provides general corporate advisory to clients on regulatory compliances and corporate governance across diverse sectors.
He graduated in 2023 and holds a degree in B.B.A. LL.B from Symbiosis Law School, Noida.
