Abhishek advises on private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters, including corporate advisory. His work spans deal structuring, conducting due diligence, and drafting and negotiating transaction documents across a wide range of transactions within these practice areas.
Abhishek Singh is a part of the Corporate Transactions and Advisory team of the Firm. He has experience in handling private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. His role involves providing corporate advisory, structuring transactions, conducting legal due diligence, and drafting and negotiating transaction documents in relation to investments, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
In addition to his transactional work, Abhishek advises clients on investment strategies, regulatory compliances, and corporate governance across sectors.
Prior to joining IC RegFin Legal, Abhishek worked as an Associate with leading law firms in India, including Khaitan & Co, JSA Advocates & Solicitors, and Desai & Diwanji.
He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Visakhapatnam.
