He has worked for sovereign wealth funds, Fortune 500 companies, global private equity investors, high-growth startups, and family-owned conglomerates navigating complex, high-stakes transactions.

Recognised for his strategic clarity, technical precision, and measured pragmatism, Guneet has led headline making deals and matters across sectors such as healthcare and pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, consumer internet, infrastructure, IT/ITES, aviation, finance, media and entertainment, semiconductors, and cloud services. Clients value his ability to distil complexity into actionable clarity, drive negotiations with fineness, and structure solutions that align legal integrity with commercial outcomes.

He has acted for global giants including Temasek Holdings, Carlyle Group, Larsen & Toubro Limited, Axis Bank, as well as large Indian corporates such as Mukand Limited, Hinduja Renewables, Astral Steritech India Private Limited and Urban Company, advising across the entire transaction lifecycle – right from structuring and due diligence to negotiation, execution, and integration.
