Hardik is part of the Private Equity, Venture Capital, M&A, and Technology practice at the Firm. He advises both funds and companies on a wide range of transactions, including buy-side and sell-side M&A, strategic investments, and structured deals. His experience spans the entire deal lifecycle, from structuring, legal due diligence, and regulatory advisory to drafting and negotiating transaction documents.

Hardik has a strong focus on technology-driven sectors such as fintech, crypto, AI, gaming, and emerging tech companies where he regularly advises on regulatory, strategic, and transactional matters. His work includes navigating evolving regulatory landscapes, advising on market entry, product launch, licensing, and supporting clients through capital raising and strategic partnerships.

He holds B.B.A. LL.B. degree from New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Pune.
