Keshav advises on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and general corporate matters.

In his past roles he has managed end-to-end deal processes, from initial due diligence through to negotiations, drafting and execution of definitive agreements, with a focus on healthcare, fintech and defence sectors.

Keshav is part of Private Equity, Venture Capital, and M&A practice at the firm. Prior to joining RegFin Legal, Keshav worked as a Senior Associate with Lex Consult, Mumbai, and as an Associate with Trilegal, Mumbai. He has represented wide range of clients including investment funds, sovereign funds, banks, other financial institutions and fintech startups.

He also holds a graduate degree in B.B.A LL.B. (Hons.) from NMIMS, Kirit P. Mehta, School of Law, Mumbai.
