Krati Garg is a member of the Firm’s Banking & Finance and Debt Capital Markets practice. She advises on a broad spectrum of financing transactions, including project finance, structured finance, refinancing, loan assignments, and debt and reconstruction-related matters.
Her experience includes advising on transactional and regulatory issues, structuring complex financing arrangements, conducting legal due diligence, and drafting and negotiating transaction documentation across a wide range of financing and restructuring transactions. She has worked extensively on debt instruments and other complex financing structures, with a particular focus on end-to-end transaction execution.
Prior to joining IC RegFin Legal, Krati worked as an Associate at Lex Aterena Practices for two years and at Reliance Asset Reconstruction Company Limited for one year.
Krati holds a B.A. LL.B. degree from Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad
