Nandini advises domestic and international clients on fund structuring, legal documentation, and regulatory strategy, with experience in private equity, startup advisory, and high-value transactions across tech and e-commerce sectors.
Nandini is a member of the Investment Funds Practice Team focusing on assisting and advising domestic and foreign clients on setting up of investment funds, overall structuring from a legal-regulatory perspective and legal documentation in connection therewith, in India and overseas. She has also advised clients through the life span of private equity transactions and acquisitions, leading on some of the highest valued transactions in technology and e-commerce sectors. She has also worked on structuring and early stage business requirements of start-ups, drafting of various corporate commercial agreements and regulatory compliances.
