Pratham Darad, is a member of the Funds, Asset Management and Regulatory Team. He has handled investigation, adjudication and settlement proceedings before SEBI and stock exchanges for various listed companies, market intermediaries and their key personnels, directors and related parties as well as appeal before Securities Appellate Tribunal and High Courts. He has also advised companies in relation to the Takeover Code and reporting to the stock exchanges. He has advised various domestic fund managers on the formation and registration of alternative investment funds. He has wide experience in advising investment advisers, portfolio managers and mutual funds on registrations, reporting and documentation.
