Puja Mistry is a Senior Associate in the Investment Funds, Asset Management and Regulatory Practice at the Firm. She works with domestic and international clients on the structuring, establishment, and operation of investment funds in India and offshore jurisdictions, including GIFT City, across strategies such as private equity, venture capital, credit, and real estate. Her work includes end-to-end fund formation, regulatory advisory, and drafting and negotiation of fund documentation.
She holds a B.L.S. LL.B. from Government Law College, Mumbai (Batch of 2023).
