He has advised clients through the life span of transactions, leading some of the highest valued transactions in Fin-tech, IT, Automotive Engineering, Retail, Franchising, and Education sectors. He has extensive experience in handling all manners of inbound and outbound Equity investments. He also advises on company formations, structuring and early-stage business requirements of start-ups, drafting of employment contracts and regulatory compliances.
