Rashika is a member of the firm’s Banking and Finance and Project Finance Team and has over 13 years of experience in advising various financial institutions including banks, NBFCs and ARCs.

Rashika has worked on various transactions including project finance, real estate finance, factoring, trade finance, GIFT City transactions, receivables purchase, supply chain financing, digital lending, consortium, syndications lending and securitization transactions. She also has experience in ship financing and aircraft financing and has worked extensively on ESG lending transactions as well. She has also led teams on standardization of documents of various products of banks and NBFCs including home loans, commercial real estate financing, factoring, vehicle finance, gold loans, loans against properties, escrows, co-lending arrangements, etc.

She has also assisted and advised on regulatory aspects including FEMA and guidelines of Reserve Bank of India.

Rashika was part of in-house legal team of various public sector, private and foreign banks and in addition to understanding the nuances of a transaction, she understands the operations and expectations of clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Rashika worked with LEx Aterna Practices as an Associate Partner and has worked with Economic Law Practices. She has also worked as an in-house counsel with IDBI Bank Limited, IndusInd Bank Limited and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.
She holds a graduate degree in law from ILS Law College (Pune University).
