Riddhesh is a member of the Real Estate Team. He has advised, assisted and represented various Developers, High Net Worth Individuals and Families, Corporates – foreign and domestic, Consortiums, Joint Ventures, Funds, etc. He has, amongst other things, assisted clients in the structuring and the drafting and negotiating of various deeds, documents and writings relating to acquisitions, leases, leave and licenses, development, redevelopment and joint development of, private lands, slum lands, slum schemes, MHADA lands, MHADA layouts, mill land, agricultural land, contravening structures, MCGM estate land, PTCs, property belonging to co-operative housing societies, cessed buildings, and has also advised and assisted in title and litigation due diligence, funding of real estate projects and distressed assets, SARFAESI acquisitions, auction sale of property, family arrangements, Trust schemes, estate planning, testamentary dispositions, and has also provided RERA advisory and assistance.

Riddhesh joined the Firm as an articled clerk during his law school days. He went on to take the Solicitor’s examination conducted by the Bombay Incorporated Law Society and cleared the same.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Government Law College (Mumbai University) and also a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics (Mumbai University).
