His work focuses on deal structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, handling commercial contracting, and regulatory compliance, representing both domestic and international clients.
Saket Pawar is a member of the Corporate Transaction and Advisory Team focusing
on assisting and advising domestic and foreign clients on venture capital
investments, joint ventures, private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions
in India and overseas. He has been involved across the full lifecycle of transactions
in sectors such as healthcare, FMCG, e-sports, e-commerce, and ed-tech. He has
extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of corporate and
commercial agreements, as well as advising on regulatory compliances under Indian
corporate laws, Indian foreign exchange laws, and SEBI regulations.
Prior to joining RegFin Legal, Saket worked as an Associate with Fortitude Law
Associates, Mumbai.
He also holds a graduate degree in LL.B. from Mumbai Law University.
