Sanchit Kapoor is a member of the Investment Funds Team. He has worked for various fund managers for registration of alternative investment funds and assisted them in negotiation of associated documents. He has vast experience in advising leading Indian mutual funds and portfolio managers in their operations and has advised and assisted various non-banking financial institutions with their investments in structured and vanilla debt products across diverse industry sectors.
He is a qualified Company Secretary (CS) and has secured an All-India Rank-22 in the foundation examination and Rank-1 in his district in the professional examination of the Company Secretary course. He holds a degree in B.B.A. LL.B from Symbiosis Law School, Noida.
