Shivom has extensive experience in undertaking title due diligence of a wide range of real estate assets, including residential flats, commercial units, industrial properties, and urban as well as agricultural land. He has prepared detailed Title Reports and has also conducted title due diligence for real estate assets in connection with IPOs, QIPs, and REIT transactions.

He has advised clients on structuring various real estate transactions, including asset purchase, sale, lease, sub-lease, assignment, and leave and license arrangements for residential, commercial, retail, and industrial properties, as well as warehouses and land parcels across urban and rural areas, including MIDC, GIDC, CIDCO, and MMRDA jurisdictions.

Shivom has been involved in development, redevelopment, slum rehabilitation, and MHADA projects, and has drafted a wide range of real estate documentation, including Sale Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, Development and Redevelopment Agreements, Powers of Attorney, Deeds of Indemnity, Lease Deeds, Deeds of Assignment, Deeds of Apartment, Allotment Letters, Agreements for Sale under RERA, Leave and License Agreements, Deeds of Declaration, and Gift Deeds. He has also coordinated the execution and closure of such transactions.

Additionally, Shivom has advised on real estate aspects of company and share acquisitions, IPOs, REITs, and financing transactions. He is well-versed in land laws in Maharashtra, as well as RERA and MOFA compliances, along with stamp duty and registration procedures.
