Sidharth advises on private equity, M&A and venture capital transactions across diverse sectors with expertise in deal structuring, regulatory advisory and general corporate advisory for domestic and international clients.
Sidharth Dhody is a Principal Associate in the Transactions Practise Team.
Sidharth has more than seven years of experience in advising various domestic and international clients on matters relating to venture capital and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, debt funding, foreign exchange laws and corporate laws. He specializes in structuring, negotiations and regulatory advisory for domestic and international clients. He has experience in handling manners of inbound and outbound equity investments representing clients across a diverse spectrum of industries encompassing healthcare, fintech, non-banking finance companies, renewable energy, pharmaceutical and technology driven enterprises.
He is an alumnus of Symbiosis Law School, Pune (LLB) and Delhi University (B.Com (Hons)). He is a member of the Bar Association of Delhi.
