Vartika advises on venture capital, private equity, and M&A transactions across diverse sectors, with expertise in deal structuring, startup advisory, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance for both domestic and international clients.
Vartika is a member of the Transactional Practice Team focusing on assisting and advising domestic and foreign clients on venture capital investments, joint ventures, private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions in India and overseas. She has assisted and advised clients throughout the life cycle of various transactions in gaming, e-sports, e-commerce, ed-tech, artificial intelligence, financial services, electronic vehicles and FMCG sectors. She has also worked extensively on structuring and early stage business requirements of start-ups, drafting and participating in negotiations of various corporate commercial agreements and regulatory compliances.
