Vruddhi Naik is a part of the Real Estate Team of the Firm. She has experience in conveyancing, title investigation and due diligence of agricultural lands and urban properties, development agreements, agreements for sale, deeds of transfer, leave and license agreements, lease deeds for commercial and retail spaces, deeds of release, deeds of assignment, gift deeds for movables and immovable properties, development agreements, wills, codicils, opinions, etc.
She holds a LL.B. degree from Kishinchand Chellaram (K.C.) Law College, Mumbai. She also holds a B.Com degree from R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.
